Active in IT for over ten years, with most of that time spent in IT security, in a career that started in IT support and grew into security operations. Gained broad experience in privileged access management, endpoint and cloud security, and incident response, including testing and rolling out security tooling. In recent years the focus has been on information security, governance, and IT risk management, including leading an ISO 27001 transition and managing an IT risk register. Also has experience with vendor risk assessments and reporting on compliance and audits to management. Looking to move back toward more technical work in a next role, while retaining a governance component.
