that genuinely fits you — and otherwise we simply call to hear how you're
doing. You set the pace: an exploratory chat is fine too.

Both. For permanent roles we do recruitment & selection at organizations
where we'd want to work ourselves. For interim we know the assignments that
never appear online.

Nothing. The employer pays us — you simply get honest advice, preparation for every interview, and someone who still calls after you've started.
I'm not actively looking. Is there any point in talking?
Especially then. The best moves rarely happen under pressure. We're always open to hearing what you want to learn and what makes you happy — and we only call when something genuinely fits.
Do you just forward my CV?
Never. Your CV only goes anywhere after we've discussed it together and you've agreed. You stay in control.

How do you prepare me for interviews?
You know in advance who you'll be speaking to, how the organization works, and why we think it's a fit. No surprises.
What happens to my data?
