Privacy.
How we handle your data — without the legal fog.
In short
No tracking, no advertising cookies, no selling of data. We only keep what we
need to do our work: getting security people into the right jobs.
What data we process
If you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, organization,
and your message. We use those only to get in touch with you.
If you apply: your name, contact details, CV, and motivation. They go
straight into our recruitment system and we use them to handle your
application. Your CV never goes to an employer without your consent.
As a candidate in our network: what we discuss together — your wishes,
your experience, and what you want to learn — so we only call you when
something genuinely fits.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. That's why you don't see a
cookie banner here either. The videos on the podcast page only load after you
press play; only at that moment does your browser connect to Vimeo, with "do
not track" enabled.
How long we keep things
Contact messages are kept until your question has been handled. Candidate
data we keep for as long as we have a relationship — in recruitment that's
often years, and that's exactly the point: it means we can call you when
the right move comes along. If you no longer want that, we delete your data.
Your rights
You can always request what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it
deleted. One email to jesse@gruzzy.works is enough — no forms, no waiting
periods. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can turn to
the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
