infrastructure. They run the entire information supply within that
infrastructure — work where security isn't a side issue but the very reason
they exist.
The question. Several security roles that had been open for a long time:
scarce profiles, high demands, and an environment you can't explain in a
single vacancy text.
What we did. Sharpened the roles with the hiring manager, approached our
network directly, and presented candidates we know personally.
The result. Multiple placements in the security team, and a
collaboration that continues.
