Mosadex is looking for a Privacy Coordinator. In this role, you ensure coherence in privacy policy and bring structure to how Mosadex handles personal data across the organization, resulting in a clear and consistent approach.

In this central role, you work across all business units and ensure a uniform approach to privacy. You are the linchpin of the privacy guild and work closely with various teams and stakeholders within the organization. Together, you ensure that personal data is handled in a consistent and correct manner and that privacy is sustainably embedded in the way of working.
What you will do.
In this role, you are responsible for structurally and sustainably organizing privacy within Mosadex and its various business units. You ensure clear frameworks and a coherent approach within the privacy domain.
You combine content-related responsibility with a coordinating role. On the one hand, you actively work as a privacy officer for Mosadex's head office; on the other hand, you ensure direction and coherence in how privacy is implemented across the various entities. You support privacy officers and bring structure to ways of working.
This ensures that privacy is not a separate control moment, but becomes a natural part of how work is done and how personal data is handled. You advise stakeholders and help identify and manage risks in a timely manner.
Specifically, this means that you:
- Develop, update, and further refine the privacy policy;
- Provide direction on how the role of privacy officers is implemented within the various entities;
- Support and strengthen privacy officers in their role;
- Set up frameworks, processes, and working methods within the privacy domain in a consistent manner;
- Carry out and further develop DPIAs, risk analyses, and the processing register;
- Advise management and stakeholders on privacy issues, both solicited and unsolicited;
- Identify privacy risks and translate them into concrete improvement measures;
- Act as the point of contact for the Data Protection Officer;
- Increase privacy awareness by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and embedding privacy in the awareness program.

- A salary of up to a maximum of €6500 per month on a full-time basis. The exact offer depends on the work experience you bring.

What you bring.
Candidates are sought who:
- Have several years of experience in a central role focused on privacy and/or compliance;
- Have gained experience with, for example, DPIAs, processing registers, and risk analyses.
You have the ability to translate privacy legislation into clear and workable agreements and experience in coordinating stakeholders and bringing colleagues along. You maintain an overview, quickly identify connections, and dare to provide direction. You guide others through changes, bring structure to an environment that is not yet fully organized, and feel comfortable doing so. You work independently, actively seek collaboration, and are pragmatic and results-oriented, with the drive to take privacy within Mosadex to a higher level.
