You report functionally to the CISO and coordinate closely with him; hierarchically, you fall under the location director for Leiden. In this role, you are a recognizable and organization-wide point of contact for security at Mosadex BV. You work intensively together with colleagues from logistics, compliance, ICT, quality, operations, and the staff departments, and you have regular contact with management teams, process owners, suppliers, and auditors.

This is what you'll do.

• You develop, implement, and manage the ISMS for Mosadex BV;
• You translate laws and regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, ISO, and NEN into clear and actionable processes;
• You create protocols and work instructions and ensure that security measures are applied in practice;
• You carry out incident management and keep operations reliable and stable;
• You organize internal audits and guide external audits;
• You assess risks, manage improvement actions, and monitor progress;
• You are visible in operations and actively support colleagues in working safely and carefully;
• You regularly coordinate with stakeholders within Mosadex BV and periodically visit other locations to strengthen consistency and uniformity.

Who they're looking for.

You are a great fit for this role if you enjoy working on security, clear processes, and quality, and if you have the knowledge and experience to take on this responsibility in a professional manner. That's why you have at least:

• A bachelor's level of working and thinking ability, gained through a degree in IT or relevant work experience in a similar role;
• Prior work experience with governance, risk, and compliance within cybersecurity;
• Familiarity with ISO, NEN, and/or NIS2, or the ambition to further develop your knowledge in this area.

You work in a structured manner and maintain overview, even when a lot is happening at once, and you quickly spot where processes can be made stronger or safer. You document clearly and enjoy being visibly present in operations. Because you interact with various groups of colleagues, it's important that you connect easily and actively reach out to colleagues to arrive at good solutions together. You remain calm and purposeful in unexpected situations and know how to clearly explain why certain steps are important. You take initiative, act independently when needed, and involve others at the right moment.
